MEMBERS CLUB OF FLORENCE
The Club of Florence aims to support and promote academic research and disseminate the results of the same on all subjects and situations connected with corporate governance. CoF will in particular study the rights, duties and interests of shareholders, as well as the degree of their involvement (shareholder engagement), and analyse and define the meaning and advantages of good corporate governance.
CoF encourages membership by all those who are interested and/or involved in any way in issues relating to corporate governance and who believe that continuous independent analysis, discussion and exchange at European and international level is the most important way of ensuring that corporate governance really is "best practice".
