Brigitte Mauel has been working as a freelance interpreter and translator specialized in economy and law for many companies and institutions, getting deep insights in the functioning of organizations and the way of behaving and working of the people who form them. She studied French and Italian at the University of Mainz (1976-1981) and holds a Degree in Applied Linguistics. In 1980 she moved from Germany to Florence, Italy, where she is mainly based. In 2006 she finished her coaching training with Coachuitalia in Rome, obtaining her accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – International Coach Federation) in 2008. Multiculturalism is one of her favourite subjects, speaking from personal and professional experience. Brigitte is co-founder of the Club of Florence.
She is fluent in German, French, Italian and English.

Stephanie Schwedhelm has been working in the last 20 years in several companies as Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs in Germany and Switzerland and has international experience in working with Italian, Spanish, English and American shareholders. She has a degree in Law, specialized in Labor Law and Corporate Law.
She has a broad Management Expertise, as a Managing Director she collected experience in working together with supervisory Boards. Besides Stephanie has a sound knowledge in negotiation skills. She has a degree as Coach after studying Coaching at the European Business School and did some supervisions. Her education as a Certified Mediator helps her to solve conflicts. Stephanie is fluent in German and English and based in Cologne.

Séverine Vadon-David, CFA, MBA in Management & Finance, Consultant & Business Coach, member of ICF (International Coach Federation). Séverine has been working for 20 years in global client relationships, financial markets, asset management, and best practice for the financial sector; she works as a freelance consultant and coach on intercultural competency, diversity & change, leadership, and best practice. She studied Management & Finance at the Imperial College in London, Business Coaching with CCU Italia in Florence and is a CFA Charterholder.
